Spread The Word

The children and communities we work with have powerful stories to tell. They deserve to be heard and you can help. By acting as an ambassador for War Child’s work, you can inspire your friends and colleagues to become part of the solution.

There are so many ways to spread the word these days. The first and most obvious is to talk about it! In this digitized world, that may sound strangely old fashioned but anyone who has heard Samantha Nutt speak knows how persuasive a well-reasoned argument can be.

To make sure you are up-to-date on all the latest War Child news, sign up for our newsletter. Each month, we’ll select our favorite features and posts from the site and share them with you by email.

Are you on Facebook? If so, do you ‘Like’ us yet?! We hope you’ll find many of the feature stories engaging, so please remember to share them with your friends. You’ll find a button on each page.

Twitter is also a great way to stay connected with us. Our official account is run by our community manager, Alyson Rowe, so follow now and join the conversation. You can also find other War Child people on there, including the ever-entertaining Samantha Nutt. Start following her now and get the inside skinny on her up-coming book!

If you have a blog, we can provide all the elements you’ll need to write about our campaigns and work. Our press room is a good place to start but keep an eye on the home page too. If you’re looking for inspiration, our War Child Challenge from earlier in the year is well worth checking out. If you’d like to re-post an article from our site, please remember to say where it came from and link back to the original page. Thanks!

We also have new banners coming soon and we’re looking to launch a new advertising campaign in the early summer. If you missed the previous ones, click here and here.

However you decide to spread the word, we’d like to thank you. Giving a voice to the voiceless is one of the noblest things you can do.
