Key Club

The Key Club is the oldest and largest service program for high school students worldwide. As a student driven initiative, the Key Club really connects to War Child’s programs which work with children and youth in conflict and post conflict communities.

Key Clubs strive to help others through service projects. For a two year period, the clubs unite to support one organization. Most recently, War Child has been their charity of choice.

This two year campaign involved Key Clubs across the Eastern Canada District, all working together to make a big difference. The campaign slogan was “Love is louder than War” and was something each club exemplified in their fundraising efforts.

Each club took on different fundraising initiatives, from school dances, to car washes to bake sales, the Key Clubs  did everything they could to support War Child. At the end of the two year campaign, the clubs had collected $18,000 to support War Child’s international programs.

Their dedication to War Child has been a huge support and is an excellent example of how individuals and groups can come together to make a difference.
